1. Service Model

This is a subscription-based website design service. For a flat monthly fee, you may submit unlimited design requests, which will be worked on one at a time (or two at a time, depending on your plan).

Requests are managed via a shared project management board (e.g., Trello).

2. Delivery & Turnaround

Most requests are delivered within two business days on average. Larger or more complex requests may require additional time, but you will receive regular updates.

3. Payment & Subscription

Payment is due in advance of each subscription period (monthly).

Your subscription renews automatically unless paused or canceled before the next billing cycle.

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are issued for paused or canceled periods already paid.

4. Ownership & Rights

All final designs are 100% yours, and you receive full rights upon delivery and payment.

Source files will be provided upon request.

5. Scope & Limitations

The service covers development, website design and related graphic design tasks.

Only one (or two) active request(s) at a time, depending on your plan.

6. Communication

All requests, revisions, and approvals are managed through the designated project management tool.

Email support is available for account or billing questions.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied after your first week, you may request a partial refund, no questions asked.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, work will stop at the end of your current billing period, and you retain all completed work.

9. Liability

The service is provided as-is. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period.
